My Favorite Store And More, include the item number of the item you want, and please print or type clearly the address where you want the item sent, a phone number is optional, but please include one if you can, we do not give out contact information to anyone else unless legally bound, and the number will only be used to contact you if your hand writing is to difficult to read, no salesman will ever call you...Once an order is complete it cannot be canceled unless by the warehouse for problems with the item, in which case the customer will be notified and can then request a replacement item of the same or lower value or a full refund of the order.

A refund or replacement, whichever is requested, is also given if the item arrives to the customer broken or defective, however, if the item is good and the customer still wants a refund/replacement anyway, then he must do so at his own expense and the refund/replacement will be minus postage and a 25% restocking fee.

Send the item number back with the product alone with a note explaining the problem, make sure to type or print your contact information clearly. Let me know if you want a replacement or refund. Include a receipt from the mailing agent(USPS, UPS etc.) stating your cost for postage if you want return postage cost included in a refund. Where credit and/or debit cards are concerned, the refund does not include fees of any kind charged by the card for services rendered, nor does it include fees of any kind from any other payment method that is accepted on this site. Refunds will be in the form of checks, money orders or a paypal refund to the account used.
